中药饮片“炮制经验”客观化研究的思考

摘　　要：中药饮片是药材经过净制、切制和炮炙等处理后,可直接用于中医临床或制剂生产使用的处方药品。饮片的质量优劣直接关系着其临床疗效的好坏,炮制是影响饮片质量的关键环节。课题组在参与《全国中药饮片炮制规范》的制定过程中,发现历版药典、各地饮片炮制规范和各炮制专著中饮片的制法项或炮制项下均是用描述性的语言和相关经验术语表述,指标主观性强、方法重复性差,在实际操作过程中不易掌握。该文对中药炮制中常见的经验性描述及相关术语进行总结,结合课题组多年研究,提出采用现代科学技术手段结合传统经验判断,实现炮制经验的客观化表达,在此基础上为炮制方法制定操作性强的工艺参数,以适应中药炮制产业化发展的趋势,为中药炮制技术的传承与行业的发展提供借鉴。Chinese herbal decoction pieces are prescription drugs produced by medicine materials after the process of net system, cut and processed processing, which can be directly used as clinical medicine and the raw material of preparation production. The quality of pieces is directly related to its clinical efficacy, while processing is the key to the quality of the pieces. When participat- ing in formulating ＂ National processing procedures of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs＂, we found that in all version of Pharmacopoeia, all pieces concocted norms and the processed monograph, the methods of processing are described by descriptive language and related empirical terms which are the summary of the old Chinese medicine workerg processing experience. However such languages and terms have some shortcoming, such as strong subjectivity and poor reproducibility, which make it difficult to master in actual operation. This paper summarized the empirical discourse and related terms in Chinese medicine processing. Combining the years research of our group, we put forward to use modern science and technology associated with traditional experi- ence to turn processing experience into digital expression and achieve its objectification. On the above basis, we look forward to providing practical parameters for processing and making it adapt to the trend of the development of traditional Chinese medicine processing, so as to provide reference for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology and the develop- ment of the industry.
