药用植物鸡冠花的本草考证

摘　　要：目的对药用植物鸡冠花的基原、入药部位、功效及主治及性味归经等进行本草考证。方法查阅历代本草文献及现代研究的文献。结果厘清了鸡冠花的药用历史。结论古代文献对鸡冠花的描述与今之植物志的描述相符;鸡冠子与青葙子的混淆始于《珍珠囊补遗药性赋》,并非今之独有;鸡冠花种子入药首载于唐代《本草拾遗》,鸡冠花入药首载于宋代《太平圣惠方》,鸡冠花苗入药首载于明代《本草纲目》,鸡冠花根入药首载于明代《普济方》;最早明确记载白、红鸡冠花入药的分别是宋代的《太平圣惠方》和《类证普济本事方续集》,白、红鸡冠花的功效和主治不同,并无优劣之分;鸡冠花的性味归经在历代的本草记载中不一致,有待于临床应用的进一步验证。Objective Textual study was carried out about the original, medicinal parts, traditional effect, functions and tropism of taste of pharmaceutical plant Celosia cristata L. Methods Herbal hterature in ancient dynasties and modern literature were checked for this study. Results The medicinal history of Celosia cristata L. was found out. Conclusion The morphological de- scriptions of plants in ancient herbal literature were in accord with the plant of Celosia cristata L.. The confusion of the seed of Celosia cristata and C. argentea began in Zhen Zhu Nang Bu Yi Yao Xing Fu, not exclusively appeared in modern times. The seed used as medicine was firstly recorded in Ben Cao Shi Yi of Tang dynasty. The inflorescence used as medicine was firstly re- corded in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang of Song dynasty. The young shoots used as medicine was firstly recorded in Ben Cao Gang Mu of Ming dynasty. The root used as medicine was firstly recorded in Pu Ji Fang of Ming dynasty. The white one and the red one used as medicine was explicitly recorded in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang and Ben Shi Fang Xu Ji of Song dynasty respectively. The effects and functions of white one and the red one were different ; no one was superior to the other. There was a discrepancy about the tropism of taste recorded in herbal literature, it should be verified further.
