摘 要:目的通过对黄芩中5个黄酮类成分含量的测定,对不同产地的黄芩药材质量进行比较。方法采用HPLC法,C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为278nm,柱温27℃,对5种黄酮类成分进行测定,并对测定结果进行差异显著性检验以及聚类分析。结果不同产地黄芩中黄酮类成分含量差异性较大,聚类分析将16批黄芩聚成两类。结论本研究表明栽培黄芩与野生黄芩药材的质量有较大差异性,前者的质量普遍高于后者。道地产区的黄芩质量不一定最好,应提高栽培技术来提高黄芩药材的质量及质量的均一性。Objective To compare the quality of Scutellaria baicalensisin different areas by determining their five kinds of fla- vonoids. Methods Five kinds of flavonoids in Scutellaria baicalensis were simultaneously determined by HPLC with C18 column (4.6 × 250mm,51m). With a gradient program of acetonitrile - 0.5% formic acid at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 278nmwith the column temperature of 27℃. Hierarchical cluster analysis method and difference significance test of statistics method were also adopted in finally result analysis. Results Content of components varied with Scutellaria ba- icalensis in different areas, hierarchical cluster analysis classified 16 batches of Scutellariae Radix into 2 classes. Conclusion This study suggests that the quality of cultivated and wild Scutellariae Radix has great difference. The quality of the former is higher than the latter generally. The quality of Scutellariae Radixin the original production areas may not the best. The quality and the homogenicity of quality should be improved by cultivation techniques.
