基于Delphi法在栀子商品规格中感官评价的研究

摘　　要：目的对栀子的商品规格进行分级。方法应用Delphi法确定栀子药材的特征指标。结果栀子药材商品规格经验判别主征是:果皮颜色和饱满度,本次Delphi法专家个人重现性平均值为83.3%。结论 Delphi法可作为快速并初步判断栀子药材规格等级的一种有效方法。Objective The grade of the product specification of Gardenia. Methods To determine the characteristic index of Gar- denia by Delphi method. Results The empirical diseriminant of the product specification of Gardenia medicinal material is： the color of skin and plumpness ,the Delphi method reproducibility of individual experts with an average of 83.3%. Conclusion The Delphi method can be used as an effective method of rapid Gardenia specification levels and the initial judgment.
