摘  要:目的观察正常和血瘀证大鼠对莪术醇的代谢差异。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、血瘀证组、正常+给药组、血瘀证+给药组,利用液质联用仪检测各组大鼠血液、尿液中莪术醇的浓度。结果与正常+给药组比较,血瘀证+给药组大鼠血液中莪术醇的浓度显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常和血瘀证大鼠对莪术醇的代谢具有差异,且后者优于前者,符合"有故无殒"的中药辨证减毒理论。Objective This study aims at evaluating the metabolic differences between normal and blood - stasis rats treated with curcumol. Methods Wistar male rats were randomized into four groups, respectively is normal group, blood - stasis model group, normal group treated with curcumol and blood - stasis model group treated with curcumol. Detection of curcumol between normal and blood - stasis rats using liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results blood - stasis model group treated with curcumol were decreased in rats of normal group treated with curcumol (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Blood -stasis rats treated with curcumol group can make the metabolic differences below the normal level, and accord with the traditional Chinese medicine theory .
