果酸换肤联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗轻中度痤疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨果酸换肤联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗轻中度痤疮的临床效果。方法 选取2015年5月-2016年5月在我院接受治疗的轻中度痤疮患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组100例。观察组采用果酸换肤联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗,对照组采用单纯阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为97.0%,显著高于对照组的49.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组治疗前的粉刺、丘疹、脓疱等皮损计数比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,观察组治疗后的粉刺、丘疹、脓疱等皮损计数明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。全部患者均未出现全身不良反应,观察组及对照组分别有2例外用药皮损部位出现局部潮红、瘙痒、紧绷感,嘱其药膏用量降低,涂薄于皮损处,继续用药,未诉不适。结论 果酸换肤联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗轻中度痤疮不仅能有效改善患者的临床症状,还能提高其整体生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chemical Peel combined with Adapalene Gel for external use treating mild to moderate acne.Methods 200 patients with mild to moderate aene treated by our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as object.They were randomly divided into two groups,and each grroup had 100 cases. The observation group was treated by Chemical Peel combined with Adapalene Gel for external use,while the control group was treated by simple Adapalene Gel.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in patients of the observation group （97.0%） was higher than that of the control group （49.0%）,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.01）.There was no statistical difference of lesion count for ache,papules and pustules and so on between two groups （P〉0.05）,and lesion count for acne,papules and pustules and so on in the observation group was sig- nificantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.All patients had no systemic adverse reactions.There was 2 eases respectively with skin lesion site in drug for exterior use having local redness and itching,tight feeling in the obser- vation group and control group,then patients were asked to reduce the dosage of ointment to continue medication,and patients had no complaint.Conclusion Chemical Peel combined with Adapalene Gel for external use treating mild to moderate acne not only can effectively improve the clinical symptom of patients,but also improve their overall quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and aoolication.
