风险管理在门诊中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨风险管理在门诊中的应用效果情况。方法 选取2013年2月-2016年3月我院门诊护理人员65名作为研究对象,依据是否实施风险管理进行分组,对照组（未实施风险管理组）30名和观察组（实施风险管理组）35名。观察两组门诊护理工作质量评分、综合素质评分、风险事件发生率情况。结果 观察组专业知识[（90.1±8.7）分]、消毒隔离[（90.3±9.0）分]、护理安全[（91.0±8.5）分]、护理巡视评分[（90.4±8.6）分]均高于对照组的（80.3±10.6）、（78.9±10.6）、（79.7±9.8）、（79.9±9.6）分;观察组护理运用[（4.1±0.5）分]、团体凝聚力[（4.0±0.4）分]、沟通协调[（4.0±0.6）分]、活动自信心[（4.2±0.4）分]、责任感[（4.1±0.5）分]、解决问题能力[（4.2±0.6）分]、荣誉感评分[（4.3±0.7）分]均高于对照组的（3.0±0.6）、（3.1±0.5）、（3.2±0.6）、（3.3±0.5）、（3.4±0.4）、（3.5±0.6）、（3.6±0.5）分;观察组手术感染率、分诊差错率、护患纠纷风险事件发生率为2.9%,低于对照组的23.3%,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论 风险管理在门诊中的应用可以提高护理工作质量和护理人员综合素质,降低风险事件发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore application effects of risk management in the outpatient.Methods 65 cases outpatient nurses in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 were selected as study objects and divided into two groups by carrying out risk management or not,control group （no carrying out risk management group） 30 cases and observation group （carrying out risk management group） 35 cases.The outpatient nursing quality score,comprehensive quality score and risk events rate of two groups were observed.Results The professional knowledge [（90.1±8.7） scores],disinfection and isolation [（90.3±9.0） seores],nursing safety [（91.0±8.5） seores],nursing rounds score [（90.4±8.6） scores] in the observation group was higher than （80.3±10.6）,（78.9±10.6）,（79.7±9.8）,（79.9±9.6） scores in the control group;the nursing application [（4.1±0.5） scores],group cohesion [（4.0±0.4） scores],making compromises [（4.0±0.6） scores],activity confidence [（4.2±0.4） seores],responsibility [（4.1±0.5） scores],problem solving [（4.2±0.6） scores],honor sense scores [（4.2±0.4） scores] in the observation group was higher than （3.0±0.6）,（3.1±0.5）,（3.2±0.6）,（3.3±0.5）,（3.4±0.4）,（3.5±0.6）,（3.6±0.5） scores in the control group;surgical infection rate,triage error rater,nurse patient disputes risk events rater in the observation group was 2.9%,lower than 23.3% in the control group,the difference all was statistical significance （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of risk management in the outpatient could improve nursing work quality and comprehensive quality of nursing staff, decrease rate of risk events,which is worthy clinical application.
