摘 要:目的:探讨跟腱撕裂的MRI表现及低场强MRI对跟腱撕裂的诊断价值。方法:回顾性总结我院36例跟腱撕裂患者的低场强MRI表现,36例患者均有急性踝关节外伤史。结果:低场强MRI诊断跟腱完全撕裂10例、部分撕裂26例,MRI特征表现为跟腱增粗或扭曲,腱束连续性中断或部分中断,跟腱内信号异常,在T1WI、T2WI、脂肪抑制T2WI呈混杂或局限性高信号。结论:低场强MRI能清晰显示跟腱撕裂的部位、程度,对临床治疗和判定预后具有重要的指导价值。Objective:To investigate the MRI expressions of Achilles tendon tear and diagnostic value of low fieldMRI. Methods: The low field MRI expressions of Achilles tendon tear of 36 cases were retrospectively analyzed, and all the 36 patients had the history of acute ankle injury. Results: Low field MRI diagnosed 10 cases of Achilles' s tendon complete tear and 26 cases partial tear. The MRI expressions of Achilles tendon tear were thickening or distortion of Achilles' s tendon, disruption or partial disruption of tendon and abnormal signals in tendon; T1 WI, T2 WI and FS T2 WI showed mixed or limited high signals. Conclusions: Low field MRI can display the location, degree of Achilles tendon tear clearly; so it has guidance value for treatment and prognosis of Achilles tendon tear.
