低场强MRI对跟腱撕裂的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨跟腱撕裂的MRI表现及低场强MRI对跟腱撕裂的诊断价值。方法:回顾性总结我院36例跟腱撕裂患者的低场强MRI表现,36例患者均有急性踝关节外伤史。结果:低场强MRI诊断跟腱完全撕裂10例、部分撕裂26例,MRI特征表现为跟腱增粗或扭曲,腱束连续性中断或部分中断,跟腱内信号异常,在T1WI、T2WI、脂肪抑制T2WI呈混杂或局限性高信号。结论:低场强MRI能清晰显示跟腱撕裂的部位、程度,对临床治疗和判定预后具有重要的指导价值。Objective：To investigate the MRI expressions of Achilles tendon tear and diagnostic value of low fieldMRI. Methods： The low field MRI expressions of Achilles tendon tear of 36 cases were retrospectively analyzed, and all the 36 patients had the history of acute ankle injury. Results： Low field MRI diagnosed 10 cases of Achilles＇ s tendon complete tear and 26 cases partial tear. The MRI expressions of Achilles tendon tear were thickening or distortion of Achilles＇ s tendon, disruption or partial disruption of tendon and abnormal signals in tendon; T1 WI, T2 WI and FS T2 WI showed mixed or limited high signals. Conclusions： Low field MRI can display the location, degree of Achilles tendon tear clearly; so it has guidance value for treatment and prognosis of Achilles tendon tear.
