摘　　要：搅拌机是机械搅拌澄清池的核心设备,在澄清池泥渣循环环节起到关键作用。基于机械搅拌澄清池搅拌机的产品标准修编,对其展开研究,对旧标准中不能适应当前生产运行的条件进行修正,对旧型号设备进行升级,对新型搅拌机进行规范,从而实现了对现有机械搅拌澄清池搅拌机的系列化和规范化,同时利用CFD模拟技术对搅拌机的提升性能进行校验,实现了对机械搅拌澄清池搅拌机行业产品标准的修编,对水处理行业有积极的推动作用。The stirrer is the core equipment of mechanical stirring clarifier, which plays a key role in the sludge return link. The stirrer was studied based on the revision of the stirrer product standard. The conditions in the old standard which could not meet the requirements of current production were cor- rected, old model equipment was upgraded, and the new stirrer was standardized, so as to realize the se- rialization and standardization of existing stirrers. Meanwhile, the performance of the stirrer was checked using CFD simulation technology. The revision of the stirrer product standard was achieved to actively promote the water treatment industry.
