摘 要:螺栓是汽车最常用的装配零件,但长时间使用存在应力减小、联接性能变差的问题,造成许多安全隐患。文章运用ANSYS软件对常温下螺栓应力变化进行数值模拟,分析了初始应力、螺栓联接长度和材料弹性模量对应力变化的影响,发现初始应力、联接长度与残余应力正相关,材料弹性模量与残余应力负相关,联接长度对残余应力影响较大。Bolts are the most commonly used in automobiles, but after a long time, the stress is reduced, and the connection performance is poor, which causes many security problems. This pa~,er uses ANSYS software to simulate the stress variation of the bolt under normal temperature, and then analyzes the initial stress, the influence of the connection length and the material elastic modulus. The results show that: the greater the initial stress, the greater the residual stress; the smaller the connection length, the smaller the residual stress; the greater the elastic modulus of the material, the smaller tile residual stress, and the connection length has a great influence on tile residual stress.
