摘 要:文章以黑樱桃番茄的子叶、茎段、下胚轴为外植体材料,在MS中附加不同浓度激素的培养基上进行离体培养,对不定芽分化、芽的增殖培养基及不定芽生根培养基进行研究,结果表明:子叶、茎段和下胚轴均可诱导形成不定芽,但以子叶为培养材料效果最佳,最适合芽分化的培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+2,4-D0.3mg/L;芽的增殖培养基最优组合为MS+6-BA2.5mg/L+2,4-D0.2mg/L;不定芽伸长后在1/2MS培养基上生根效果最好。Callus induction and plant regeneration of cherry tomato were studied in this paper. The cotyledon, stem segments and hypocotyls of cherry tomato as the explants were cultured in tubes. The explants were cultured in MS media composing of different concentration of different plant hormones to be induced optimum shoot, proliferation of shoots and induced root. The results show that compared with stem segments and hypocotyls, cotyledon were much easier to induce shoot. The most suitable culture medium for bud differentiation was MS + 6-BA 2.0mg/L + 2,4-D 0.3mg/L, the proliferation medium for shoots was MS +6-BA2.5mg/L + 2,4-D 0.2mg/L ,and for shoot growth was 1/2MS.
