摘　　要：就业是个体社会化进程和生涯发展中的重大命题。随着就业竞争日趋激烈,并受多重因素影响,部分高校大学生目前处于现实和心理双重就业困难状态,成为就业困难群体。从生涯规划、就创业咨询、职业测评和培训、建立社会支持等方面开展就业困难群体的职业指导工作,将有利于学生实现充分就业和生涯发展。Employment is an important topic of individual so- cialization and career development. With the employment com- petition becoming increasingly fierce, and affected by multiple factors, some university students are faced with both realistic and psychological difficulties in employment. To achieve their full employment and career development, we should carry out career guidance from career planning, career counseling, pro- fessional assessment and training, and social supports.
