摘　　要：目前,我国院前急救的状况是多系统、多模式并存,在院前急救系统的设立、组织模式的统一、急救质量的保证和收费等方面都亟须从法律层面加以规范。院前急救系统建设与管理科学与否,直接关系到伤患救治的成功率,有必要进行相应的改革,促进我国院前急救事业的全面发展。本文就20世纪90年代后我国院前急救进入快速发展期以来,院前急救各项事业的发展状况及改革进行回顾与展望。At present, the situation of China＇s prehospital emergency medical system is that the coexistence of multiple systems, models, covering both urban and rural areas has not yet spread to emergency network, be short of laws of prehospital emergency management. It directly relates to the successful rate of treatment which construction and management of prehospital emergency medical system is effective or not, so it is necessary to carry on the corresponding reform, which promotes the com- prehensive development of China＇s first aid undertaking. This paper reviews the development of various undertakings in our country since the 90＇s of last century, prospects the reform of prehospital emergency medical system.
