摘　　要：2011年施行的《出版物上数字用法》改变了旧法中明显倾向于阿拉伯数字的做法,强调在庄重典雅的场合应使用汉字数字。无论是从数字使用的法规,还是从公文的语体特点,以及中华文化的表达效果,公文的成文日期都应该使用汉字数字。＂The Usage of Numerals in Publications＂ implemented since 2011 has changed the inclination to use Arabic numerals in the old usage, emphasizing the use of Chinese numerals on solemn and elegant occasions. Whenever it is from the regulations of numeral use, or the stylistic characteristics of official documents, as well as the expression of the Chinese culture, the completion date of official documents should be written with numerals in Chinese.
