摘 要:目的应用气相色谱分析水果中残留二硫代氨基甲酸盐(酯)类农药。方法二硫代氨基甲酸盐(酯)类农药残留定义以二硫化碳表示。在密闭加热的容器中用SnCl_2·HCl溶液酸解二硫代氨基甲酸盐类(DTCs)农药,反应生成的二硫化碳气体被瓶中的正己烷吸收,形成二硫化碳的正己烷溶液;使用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(硫滤光片)测定有机相中二硫化碳的含量,即得到DTCs农药的残留量。采用该方法对苹果、葡萄等水果基质中残留的福美锌、福美双、代森锰锌、代森联、丙森锌进行了方法确证。结果对二硫化碳的检出限为0.01 mg/kg,在0.025 mg/L^10.0 mg/L时线性均良好(r>0.998 0),福美双转化率应在90%~110%。结论该方法快速、简单、准确、可靠。适用于水果中二硫代氨基甲酸盐(酯)类农药残留测定。Objective To establish gas chromatography( GC) method for the determination of dithiocarbamate fungicide. Methods Dithiocarbamates residues were quantified with carbon dioxide. The dithiocarbamate residues were decomposed to carbondisulfide( CS_2) by SnCl_2·HCl solution in different matrices in a heated closed vial. The liberated CS_2 was absorbed by hexane in the vial,and then determined by gas chromatography with FPD( sulfur filter). The results were expressed as the residues of dithiocabamates. The residue analysis method was validated by the detection of ziram,thiram mancozeb,metiram and propineb in different matrices( apple,grape,etc). Results The detection limit for CS_2 was 0. 01 mg / kg. Good linearity was obtained when the calibration curves were within 0. 025 mg / L-10. 0 mg / L( r 0. 998 0). The conversion rate of thiram was within90%-110%. Conclusion This method is simple,fast,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the determination of the dithiocarbamate residues in fruits.
