摘  要:目的了解浙江省某市空调冷却系统中的军团菌污染状况,并分析与军团菌污染相关的环境因素,为预防和控制军团菌病提供科学依据。方法随机选取浙江省某市的10家大型公共场所的中央空调作为检测对象,检测项目包括空调的使用年限、空调的清洁与卫生管理状况、冷却水的温度、p H和浊度。结果经检测得出真菌总数只有2家不合格,细菌总数有1家不合格。冷却水的水温为24.3℃~31.8℃,p H值为7.40~7.91。浊度为3 NTU^10 NTU,军团菌的检出率高达70%。检测的项目中仅有冷却水的浊度与军团菌的检出率有显著相关性。结论空调冷却水的浊度可能是影响军团菌生长的重要因素,加强空调冷却水卫生管理有利于预防军团菌病。Objective To investigate the Legionella contamination of air-conditioning cooling system in a city in Zhejiang,and to analyze the relevant environmental factors,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of Legionella disease. Methods Chose randomly centralized air-conditioning of 10 large public spaces in a city of Zhejiang,and test items include air conditioning service age,clean and hygienic condition of air conditioning,cooling water temperature,p H and turbidity. Results The total count of Fungi did not meet standard in 2 places,so did the count of bacteria in 1 place. The temperature of cooling water was within 24. 3℃-31. 8℃,p H was within 7. 40-7. 91. Turbidity was in 3 NTU-10 NTU,and the detection rate of Legionella was up to 70%. There was a significant correlation between the turbidity of cooling water and the detection rate of corps bacteria.Conclusion Turbidity of cooling water is a critical factor that may influence the growth and reproduction of Legionella pneumophila. Strengthening the management of cooling water is of great public health significance in preventing Legionella disease.
