摘 要:目的探讨两起同地区发生的金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒分离株之间的分子流行病学关系。方法参照国家标准进行金黄色葡萄球菌分离培养与鉴定,用PCR方法和脉冲场凝胶电泳技术(PFGE)分析分离菌株的分子流行病学特征,采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感试验。结果共检出15株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中病人生物标本检出6株,剩余食品中9株,烤鸡肉中金黄色葡萄球菌含量最高;葡萄球菌肠毒素均为SEA型,同一事件的菌株为同一克隆株;两起事件的菌株PFGE型别不一致,药敏结果也有差异。结论两起SEA型葡萄球菌肠毒素引起的食物中毒,由不同来源的金黄色葡萄球菌污染所导致。Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiological relationship of Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from 2food poisoning events occurred in the same area. Methods Pathogen isolation and identification were conducted according to national standard. Polymerase chain reaction( PCR) and pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) were used for epidemiological characteristics analysis. Drug susceptibility of the isolated strains was detected by the broth micro dilution method. Results 15 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated,among which 6 strains were isolated from vomit specimens of patients,and 9strains from reserved sample of food. The highest concentration of Staphylococcus aureus was found in roasted chicken. All strains were detected with toxin SEA gene. In the same event,the strains come from the same clone. And in the two events,the strains had distinct results of drug susceptibility and the different PFGE patterns. Conclusion Two cases of food borne outbreaks were caused by different sources of Staphylococcus aureus.
