摘 要:目的探究绍兴地区2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者病原菌分布特点及其耐药性分析,为临床合理选择和应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对绍兴市人民医院2014年5月-2015年5月的194例T2DM患者临床资料进行统计学分析。结果 194株病原菌中,革兰阴性菌占57.7%(112/194),革兰阳性菌占21.6%(42/194),真菌占20.7%(40/194),革兰阴性菌对亚胺培南、美洛培南敏感性高,革兰阳性菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺敏感性高。结论绍兴地区T2DM病原菌感染以革兰阴性菌为主,主要为大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌,对常用抗菌药物耐药明显,临床应结合药敏结果及各种情况选择抗菌药物并合理使用,加强病原菌检测及耐药性监测。Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria isolated from patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM) in shaoxing,so as to provide basis for clinical rational selection and use of antimicrobial agents. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data from 194 cases with T2 DM in Shaoxing People's Hospital from May 2014 to May 2015. Results Among the 194 strains of pathogenic bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-positive bacteria and Fungi accounted for 57. 7%( 112 /194),21. 6%( 42 /194) and 20. 7%( 40 /194),respectively. Gram-negative bacteria were highly sensitive to imipenem and meraopenem. Gram-positive bacteria were more sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid. Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria infection is dominant in all pathogen infections in T2 DM patients in Shaoxing,which are resistant to common antibiotic drugs,mainly including Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Appropriate antibiotic drugs should be chosen and used according to the drug sensitivity test and various situations by clinicians. The detection of pathogens and drug resistance monitoring should be strengthened.
