摘　　要：为实现低压电流互感器的集中检定、集中仓储、统一配送的要求,本文设计了一种针对低压电流互感器的自动化检定系统。本检定系统硬件部分采用模块化设计,主要由仓储接驳、上料、输送、识别定位、绝缘电阻测量、工频耐压试验、二次绕组匝间绝缘强度试验、基本误差测量、分选贴标、下料等单元组成。软件部分主要由检定系统管理软件、检定软件、控制软件等组成,构成检定系统管理平台。能够实现计量用低压电流互感器检定作业的全过程自动化、智能化。In order to satisfy the demand for centralized verification,centralized storage,unified distribution of low voltage current transformers,the automatic verification system for low voltage current transformers is designed and implemented.The hardware of this verification system is designed by using Modularization,which mainly consists of Warehouse connection,feeding,locating and recognition,Insulation resistance measurement,power frequency withstand voltage test,insulation resistance measurement between two windings,basic error measurement,sorting labeling and other units.Software part mainly consists of the management software,verification software,controlling software and so on,which constitute the verification system management platform,and made the whole verification process of low voltage current transformer automation and intelligence.
