摘　　要：基于单片机技术与精密XTR110 V/I转换,设计制作了一种新型大电流高精度数控直流电流源。系统由控制电路、恒流源、数模(D/A)转换、显示、模数(A/D)转换。以单片机为核心,将输入的电流信号转换成数字信号;恒流源模块将D/A转换来的电压模拟量转变成恒流;显示模块采用数码管显示译码芯片与74LS47构成10进制4位数码动态显示电路。测试表明系统稳定性好、精度高、操作简单、人机界面友好,且电路精炼、成本低,具有很大的实用价值。A New numerical controlled DC current source with high precision and high current capacity was designed and fabricated based on Microcomputer on a single-chip and V/I conversion in this paper.This system consists of control circuit,constant current source,D/A conversion,display and A/D conversion.The control module converts the input current into digital signal,and the analog voltage from A/D was converted into constant current.A 4-bit decimal dynamic digital display circuit was composed of decoder chip and 74LS47 chip.The measurement results show that the designed system has many advantages such as high stability,high precision,low cost,simple in structure,practical application and friend interface.
