翻白草的化学成分药理作用研究进展及展望

摘　　要：翻白草含有多种化学成分,主要包括黄酮类化合物、萜类、鞣质类、酚酸类、多糖等,具有广泛的药理活性,如降血糖、抗菌、抗氧化等。临床多用于治疗急性痢疾、糖尿病、乳腺炎等。本文介绍近年翻白草化学成分及其药理作用、机制的研究进展,为翻白草降糖药理作用机制的进一步研究提供参考。Potentilla discolor Bunge contain a variety of chemical constituents including flavonoids,terpenoid,tannin,phenolic acids,amylose etc,and possess extensive pharmacological activities including hypoglycemic,antibiosis,antioxidant etc. Potentilla discolor Bunge more used to treat acute diarrhea,diabetes,mastitis etc. This review summarized research progress in chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and mechanism of Potentilla discolor Bunge in resent years. It could provide reference for further study in hypoglycemic mechanism of Potentilla discolor Bunge.
