我院2011年—2015年活血化瘀类中药饮片用药分析

摘　　要：目的对活血化瘀类中药饮片的临床用药情况进行分析。方法应用EXCEL软件对我院2011年—2015年活血化瘀类中药饮片按品种、类别、亚类分别统计。结果临床实际使用的活血化瘀类中药饮片品种共计33种（包括同一饮片的不同炮制品）,分别为活血止痛药9种、活血调经药12种、活血疗伤药7种、破血消癓药5种。5年中每年各亚类用量构成比排序均相同,由大到小依次为活血调经药、活血止痛药、破血消癓药、活血疗伤药。其中活血调经药用量最大,构成比在48.20%~51.2%之间,其次为活血止痛药,构成比28.28%~31.6%,两者合计每年均约占全部活血化瘀药用量的60%~80%。5年中每年用量最大的均为丹参。结论我院活血化瘀类中药饮片的用量与销售金额占中药饮片总量与总金额的比例及用药结构较稳定,使用基本合理。Objective To analyze the medication of TCM decoction pieces of activating blood circulation and removing stasis in our hospital from 2011 to 2015.Method the data of TCM decoction pieces of activating blood circulation and removing stasis of our hospital in 2011-2015 were analyzed by EXCEL in accordance with variety,category and subcategory. Result 33 types of TCM decoction pieces of activating blood circulation and removing stasis were used（including differently processed drugs of the same tablet）in clinical,involving 9 types of drugs of promoting blood circulation and stopping pain,12 types of drugs of promoting blood flow and regulating menstruation,7 types of drugs of promoting blood circulation and healing wound,5 types of drugs of removing blood stasis with drastic to eliminate abdominal lump. During the five years,the sort of dosage proportion of each subcategory was all the same.According to the dosage,drugs of promoting blood flow and regulating menstruation,drugs of promoting blood circulation and stopping pain,drugs of removing blood stasis with drastic to eliminate abdominal lump,and drugs of promoting blood circulation and healing wound were sequenced. The dosage of drugs of promoting blood flow and regulating menstruation was 48.20%~51.2%,which was the biggest part of all. And this was followed by drugs of promoting blood circulation and stopping pain which was 28.28%~31.6%. Both of them accounted for about 60%~80% of all dosage of drugs of activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis every year. And the dosage of Danshen（Saliviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma）was the largest in each of the five years. Conclusion The dosage and sales amount of drugs of activating blood circulation and removing stasis was stable in our hospital,and the Structure of drugs usage was basically rational.
