游客感知的休闲农业园区旅游可持续发展研究——以合肥市大圩生态农业旅游景区为例

摘　　要：从休闲农业园区发展的硬件系统和软实力两大系统6个方面,优选37个具体量测指标,构建休闲农业园区旅游可持续发展的评价指标体系。通过对游客的问卷调查,从游客感知视角,分析合肥市大圩休闲农业园发展的可持续性程度。结果显示:大圩生态农业旅游景区在旅游产品和基础设施方面的问题较为突出,两个维度的大多数指标处于可持续基准线以下;环境、旅游服务、园区管理以及价值体现4个维度中仅有少数指标达到可持续基准值;总体上,大圩休闲农业园的旅游发展处于潜在可持续发展阶段。基于分析结果,从升级旅游产品、完善公共服务体系、提升服务质量、创新运营模式4个方面提出推动其旅游可持续发展的具体措施。Covering the hard and the soft power system, this paper selects such 6 dimensions management of garden and value, and 37 concrete indices to build the assessment index system for the tourism sustainability of leisure agricultural garden, through the questionnaire for the tourists, this paper analyzes the extent of Hefei Dawei Leisure Agricultural Garden development sustainability from the perspective of tourists. The result of questionnaire shows that ： there exist some bigger problems in the tourism products and infrastructure in Dawei, most of the indices of those two are below the sustainable standard; only a handful of indices do not meet the sustainable value in environment, service, management and value; overall, tourism development in Dawei is under potentiaI and sustainable situation. In accordance with this result, this paper puts forward concrete measures for achieving tourism sustainability from the following 4 aspects, the update of tourism products, the improvement of the public service system, the upgrade of service quality and innovation of operation model.
