摘 要:基于新安房产网站专业的新闻采编流程以及特色项目公众号运营情况分条析理地逐步做出叙述,进一步分析房地产网络营销的优劣,并就如何做到精准营销提出建议与对策。降低营销成本提高营销效率,从被动走向主动,再到企业和客户之间的良性互动,是专业性的房地产网站作为"中间人"的成功所在。如何秉承用户至上的理念,双向沟通的原则,实现企业与消费者的联动,是房地产网站需要重视和解决的问题。专业性的房地产网站在运用自身的优势丰富数据库、利用现代信息技术全方位立体化的展示房地产项目的同时,拓展营销渠道,也就是说在为房产商单纯宣传的同时,可拓宽服务的领域,诸如为其进行相关活动的策划,不停留在发现客户而留不住客户的阶段。在互联网时代做大做强,形成专业性的一体化产业链条,才能永久屹立在时代发展的潮流之中。This paper makes an analysis of the news gathering process and characteristic project operation of Xin' an Real-estate Website together with the advantages and disadvantages of its marketing, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for precise marketing. The success of a real-estate website is to reduce marketing costs and improve marketing efficiency so as to change itself from the passive to the initiative and realize the good interaction between enterprises and customers as a profes- sional "midium".
