摘　　要：随着和谐社会的理念越来越深入人心,居民对其所在城市的意识开始凸显,城镇也渐渐注重社区居民的生活设施和社区文化的建设。以合肥文博苑社区为调查对象,以公共关系学为理论依据,分析公共文化建设的依托及制约因素,并据此提出有关社区公共文化建设及集体文娱活动的针对性建议。As the concept of harmonious society has gained more and more popularity in modem life, citizens, have played a more and more important part in the circle they belong to. At the same time, towns have gradually put more emphasis on the development of residential living standard and public culture. With Hefei Wenboyuan Community as the object of investigation, on the basis of public relations theory, this paper analyzes both supportive and restraining factors for public culture construction, and gives specific suggestions concerning public culture constmctionand community entertainment activities.
