摘 要:以6个水稻品种为研究对象,通过在复合污染土壤中进行盆栽试验,并采用ICP-MS、ICP-OES和原子荧光法,探讨不同水稻品种对重金属Cr、As、Zn、Pb、Cu元素富集能力的差异性,旨在筛选出对不同重金属元素低积累或高富集的水稻品种。结果表明,6个水稻品种对5种重金属元素吸收积累的能力是Zn〉Pb〉Cr〉Cu〉As;水稻根系重金属含量是地上部茎叶含量的1.23~43.76倍;株两优173、中早35、隆平006、陆两优996分别对重金属Cr、As、Zn、Cu元素的转运系数最小,可作为其低积累水尹稻品种进一步研究;金优463、Y两优85、陆两优996、Y两优85分别对重金属Cr、As、Zn、Cu元素的富集能力最强,可作为其高富集水稻品种进一步研究;隆平006根系和茎叶对重金属Pb元素的富集系数同时达到最大,转运系数却最小,因此其作为重金属Pb元素低积累还是高富集品种筛选有待进一步探索;植株生长的顺序是中早35﹥陆两优996﹥株两优173﹥隆平006﹥金优463﹥Y两优85,茎叶As和Cu含量是影响水稻植株生长的主要因素。本研究结果可为进一步研究低积累水稻品种的遗传机理差异性,以及在江西省不同地区实际推广应用和安全种植提供参考。A series of pot cultivation experiments were carried out by ICP-MS,ICP-OES and atomic fluorescence spectrometry,to study the differences among six rice cultivars in accumulation of heavy metals( Cr,As,Zn,Pb,Cu) among six rice cultivars,for screening out rice cultivars with lower accumulation or higher enrichment of heavy metals.The results showed that the falling sequence of their ability in the uptake and accumulation of 5 heavy metals was ZnPbCrCuAs; the contents of heavy metals in the root of rice were 1.23 ~43.76 times more than those in stem and leaves; Zhuliangyou-173,Zhongzao-35,Longping-006,Luliangyou-996 had respectively the minimum transference coefficient of Cr,As,Zn,Cu,thus they were their low-accumulation cultivars suitable for further study; Jinyou-463,Y Liangyou-85,Luliangyou-996 had respectively strongest enrichment ability of Cr,As,Zn,Cu,thus they were their high-enrichment cultivars suitable to take further study; Longping-006 had the maximum enrichment coefficient of Pb,both in roots and stems / leaves,but the minimum transference coefficient.Therefore,it was suitable for further research to determine whether it's a lowaccumulation cultivar of Pb or a high-enrichment cultivar.The falling sequence of rice plant growth was Zhongzao-35Luliangyou-996Zhuliangyou-173 Longping-006 Jinyou-463 Y Liangyou-85. As and Cu contents of the stem and leaves were the main factors to affect their plant growth.The results of this study will provide references for further study on genetic mechanism differences of low-accumulation rice cultivars and their practical field application and plant security in Jiangxi Province.
