摘 要:利用体尺、繁殖、生长和屠宰四类共10个重要经济性状的最新数据,通过聚类分析,把94个地方猪种(群)分成6类。第I类繁殖力高,第II类生长速度快,第III类综合性能好,第IV类过渡型,第V类屠宰率高,第VI类型体型小。黔东花猪、圩猪和乐平花猪与平均品种的欧氏距离最短,为中国地方品种的中心品种。东乡花猪与乐平花猪之间的欧氏距离较大,聚类结果也不在同一类中,因此把东乡花猪归入乐平花猪并不合理。本聚类结果,为中国地方猪种的开发利用提供理论依据。94 Chinese indigenous pig breeds and lines were clustered into 6 groups by a cluster analysis using the latest data of 10 traits of body size,reproductive performance,growth and carcass traits.The 6 groups were characterized by highest reproductive performance,fastest growth,best comprehensive performance,gradational type,highest dressing percentage and smallest body size,respectively.Because Qiandong spotted pig,Wei and Leping spotted pig had the smallest Euclidean distance with the average breed,they were considered as the central breeds.The Euclidean distance between Dongxiang spotted pig and Leping spotted pig was not close enough,and they were clustered into different groups. Therefore,it was unreasonable to consider them as the same type.The results of the cluster analysis paved a way to exploit and use the Chinese indigenous pig breeds.
