摘 要:采用直流穿孔型PAW和"一脉一孔"型PAW焊接工艺进行了3 mm和6 mm厚TC4焊接试验,并对焊接试板外观、内部缺欠、机械性能及工艺性能进行了测试。结果显示,两种焊接方法焊接接头质量均能满足标准要求,但"一脉一孔"型PAW在降低气孔、降低焊缝下凹方面效果更好;对于中薄型钛及钛合金的等离子弧焊接,"一脉一孔"型PAW效果更好。Welding experiments were conducted on 3 mm and 6 mm-thick TC4 plates by PC PAW and"one keyhole per pulse"PAW for the purposes of testing the appearances,the internal welding deflects and mechanical performance of the welded samples. And the processing properties of the two techniques were also compared. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the welded samples could meet the standards related; the welded joint appearances of "one keyhole per pulse"PAW were smooth and uniform,and the fronts of the welded joints didn't subside. The mechanical properties and the SEM test showed that"one keyhole per pulse"PAW is more suitable for TC4 PAW.
