摘 要:以电气石为复合载体,钛酸丁酯为原料,采用超声辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2/电气石复合材料。用XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis DRS、SEM等测试手段对复合材料的微观结构、光吸收性能及元素组成等进行了表征。以TNT作为目标污染物,考察了复合材料的光催化性能。结果表明,TiO_2复合电气石后,晶粒细化,材料吸收光谱产生红移,光催化活性显著提高,且具有良好的稳定性。Using Ti( OC4H9)4 as raw material and tourmaline as support,TiO2/ tourmaline was synthesized via sol-gel method with ultrasound assisted,and the structure and performance of materials were characterized by XRD,UV-Vis DRS,FT-IR and SEM. The photocatalytic degradation of TNT was investigated by TiO2/ tourmaline under UV light irradiation. It has been found that the average crystalline grain size of TiO2 was reduced and the grain size refined. The light was absorption band edge of TiO2/ tourmaline composites produced the red shift,and the ability to absorb light was improved in the visible area. Moreover,the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/ tourmaline was high and TiO2/ tourmaline had good performance of recycling.
