摘 要:复合材料及其结构以其优异的性能在各种航天器上广泛使用,如卫星天线支撑桁架。文章研究了以Isight为集成平台对天线支撑桁架结构进行多参数多目标优化设计,获得满足结构刚度和热变形性能要求的复合材料杆件铺层,并分析了最优铺层杆件下天线热变形。该种优化方法可以快速地找到最优方案,对于型面精度要求较高的星载天线,可以大大提高优化效率及产品性能,可应用到整个星载天线的设计中。Composites and its structures have been widely used in various kinds of spacecraft because of their excellent mechanical properties, for instance support truss for space-borne antenna. On the Isight platform, a multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization method was conducted to obtain the optimal layup for composite beam, which met the demands of structural stiffness and thermal deformation. Thermal deformation of support truss with the optimal layup was obtained. This optimization method can efficiently find optimal project, improve the optimizing efficiency and performance of products for space-borne antenna With high requirements in surface perusal. It is useful to use this method in the design period of antenna structure.
