习仲勋与西北地区的土地改革

摘　　要：习仲勋是从西北大地成长起来的无产阶级革命家,领导土地改革贯穿他在西北地区的革命生涯。无论在革命战争时期领导根据地斗争,还是在新中国成立后主政西北,习仲勋都始终把党中央的方针、政策与西北实际情况有机结合,正确领导了当时当地的土地改革,调动了广大农民生产的积极性,解放了农村生产力,为中国革命和建设做出了重要贡献。Xi Zhongxun is a proletarian revolutionist who grew up from the northwest land and led the land reform through his revolutionary career in the northwest region. He always combined the CPC Central Committee＇s principles and policies with the actual situation of the Northwest when he led the struggle in the base areas during the revolutionary war and when he governed the Northwest after the establishment of new China,correctly leading the land reform at the time,mobilizing the production initiative of farmers,liberating the rural productive forces,and making important contributions to the revolution and construction of China.
