摘 要:采用传统方法设计的缓冲包装结构以发泡聚苯乙烯为缓冲包装材料,材质较硬,不易降解和回收,不满足当前的环保需求,无法有效避免复合材料损伤。提出一种基于特种纸的复合材料缓冲包装结构设计方法,将蜂窝-瓦楞特种纸作为复合材料的缓冲包装材料。介绍了蜂窝-瓦楞特种纸的优势,依据复合材料的产品特性和包装规定,确定缓冲包装结构方案。通过详细分析全面缓冲结构和局部缓冲结构,完成复合材料缓冲包装结构设计。通过获取离散时间点位移、速度与加速度,实现复合材料跌落过程的数值模拟,验证所提设计方法对复合材料的保护性能。实验结果表明,改进的方法能够有效保护复合材料,满足环保要求。With traditional design method of the cushion packaging structure based on expanded polystyrene cushion packaging material, material is hard, difficult degradation and recycling, can not meet the needs of the current environmental protection requirements, unable to effectively avoid composite material damage. A kind of composite materials based on the specialty paper cushion packaging structure design method was put forward, the honeycomb and corrugated specialty paper as composite material of the cushion packaging material, the advantages of honeycomb and corrugated special paper were introduced, based on features of composite material products and packaging, cushion packaging structure scheme is determined. Through detailed analysis of the comprehensive buff- er structure and local buffer structure, composite cushion packaging structure design was completed. By capturing discrete time point displacement, velocity and acceleration, the composite materials fall numerical simulation of the process were implemented, verify the proposed design method of composite material protection performance. The ex- perimental results show that the improved method can effectively protect the composite material, meet environmental requirements.
