摘 要:油浸式配电变压器过载运行时热点温度急剧上升,造成其机械特性劣化、绝缘老化、寿命缩短。基于GB/T 1094.7—2008标准中热点温度计算模型对不同负载类型下配电变压器过载能力进行了评估,从容许过载倍数和容许过载时间角度进行理论分析;并在此基础上对油浸式配电变压器过载能力的影响因素进行了讨论,为电网中油浸式配电变压器的安全运行提供了指导。Oil-immersed distribution transformer's overload operation results in hot-spot temperature' s sharply rise, mechanical property degradation, insulation aging and shortened life are presented. The overload capacity of transformer was evaluated under different load types basing on the hot spot temperature calculation model in GB/T 1094.7-2008 standard, theoretically analysed from the point of view of allowable overload ratio and allowable overload time. Then the influence factors of oil immersed transformer' s overload capacity was discussed, provided guidance for the safe operation of oil immersed transformer in the distribution network.
