废纸造纸废水“零排放”与封闭循环技术浅析

摘　　要：近年来,废纸造纸行业发展迅速,为了使其产生的废水达标排放,应采用合理的处理技术。本文介绍了废纸造纸废水处理现状、零排放技术和废水封闭循环中遇到的问题以及解决措施。通过工程实例论述了废纸造纸废水零排放处理工艺及运行情况,从而使废纸造纸废水实现了生产、水循环、废物资源化利用一体化的清洁生产模式。In recent years, the papermaking industry is growing rapidly, inorderto produce the waste discharge standards, reasonable treatment technologies should be adopted. This paper briefs the present situation of waste paper papermaking wastewater treatment, zero emissions technology and the problems encountered and solutions; Through engineering examples, this paper discusses the process and operation situation of zero emission treatment of regenerated papermaking wastewater, so that the waste paper paperrnaking wastewater has realized the integration of production, the water cycle and waste resource utilization pattem of cleaner production.
