摘 要:低渗透油藏具有较强的应力敏感性和较大的启动压力梯度,在开发过程中,因供排关系不平衡导致井底流压过低,造成渗透率伤害且很难恢复,影响单井产能发挥。为解决低流压问题,采取了优化冲程、冲速、泵径等措施,但流压仍然偏低。通过对低产低渗油田的机采井在投产初期和投产稳定后的合理流压进行研究,同时从优化泵挂深度出发,对新井、老井实施泵挂深度优化调整试验,解决流压控制难、单井能耗高的问题。试验表明:上调泵挂深度后,流压合理,杆应力降低,单井节电超过14 k Wh;新井优化泵挂深度,产量保持率比未优化井高6%以上;老井优化泵挂深度,产量恢复不到最佳水平,但可改善机采运行工况。可见,在合理流压范围内上提泵挂深度,可为低产低渗油田机采井的流压控制、能耗控制、机采工况改善等方面提供一项有效措施。In the development process of the low permeability reservoir with stronger stress sensitivity and larger starting pressure gradient,the imbalance relationship of supply and discharge causes a too-low flowing pressure,which results in permeability damage that is hard to restore and affects the single-well capacity.Measures such as optimizing the length and frequency of stroke and pump diameter are taken to resolve the problem of low flowing pressure,but the flowing pressure is still low.Through the research of reasonable flowing pressure of wells in production and permeability reservoirs during the early production period and stable stage and also from the optimization of pump setting depth,the pump setting depth optimization and adjustment experiment is conducted to resolve the controlling difficulty of flowing pressure and the high sing-well energy consumption.The experiment shows that after raising the pump,the flowing pressure is reasonable and the rod stress is reduced,which can save more than 14 kWh for a sing well.Furthermore,for the new well the rate of production maintenance is improved more than 6%,and for the old well the underground operation can be improved without restoring the production to the best level.In the low permeability and production oilfield,raising the pump when the flowing pressure within proper range is an effective measure to control the flowing pressure and energy consumption,and to improve the underground operation of producing wells.
