摘 要:提出一种交/直流通用智能接触器的新型拓扑结构。分析了混合式开关技术和强迫过零技术在直流控制中的特点和缺陷,通过优化将两种技术融合在同一控制拓扑下,避免了单一控制下的缺陷,实现触头系统直流无弧动作;直流分断过程引入触头电流反馈,不受限于电磁机构动作分散性的影响。采用零电压吸合技术与零电流分断技术实现触头系统交流无弧动作。结合电磁系统的智能化控制技术,优化智能接触器的动作过程。对所提电路进行了仿真与试验分析,验证了方案的有效性。A novel topology for AC / DC universal intelligent contactor was proposed. The characteristics and defects of hybrid switching technology and forced zero-crossing technology in DC control system were analyzed. And the control topology integrates the advantages of the two kinds of technologies,which avoids the shortcomings of single control technology,in the meantime,it achieves no-arc motion of contacts in DC system. The feedback of contact current was introduced in the process of DC interruption,which is unlimited by the influence of the action of electromagnetic mechanism. Zero-voltage-closing technology and zero-current-breaking technology were used to realize no-arc motion of contacts in AC system. The action process of contactor was optimized by combining intelligent control technology of electromagnetic system. The working principle of the proposed circuit topology was analyzed by the simulation and experiments. The results of experiment verify the effectiveness of the scheme.
