摘　　要：用小液流法测定植物组织水势是植物生理学实验教学中一个经典的实验项目.在实验过程中,对甲烯蓝的加入量很难把握.针对此问题文章对甲烯蓝的加入状态、质量和使用工具进行了分析改进,采用配制成甲烯蓝溶液,用微量注射器移取含有甲烯蓝的植物组织溶液取得了很好的教学效果.To measure the plant tissue water potential with chardakov is a typical case in the teaching of plant physiology experiment.However,it is difficult to decide how much methylene blue is used in the course of experiment.To cope with this,the state and the quality of the methylene blue as well as the instruments concerned are improved so as to achieve a better result in the experiment teaching.
