摘　　要：在当前普通本科高校转型发展的背景下,进行人才培养模式的改革与创新至关重要。由于传统的文秘专业人才培养模式存在着诸多弊端,因此在转型发展的新形势下,地方普通高校在对文秘人才培养结构进行战略性调整的同时,为适应地区经济社会发展对高级文秘人才的需求,必须积极推进文秘人才培养模式创新实验,持续推进文秘专业教育教学改革。Under the background of the transformation and development of general university,the reform and innovation of talent cultivation mode is very important.In the new situation of transformation and development,since there are many disadvantages about talent cultivation mode of secretary major of the traditional education,while the strategic structure of cultivation of secretarial talents are adjusted in local colleges and universities,the innovation experiment of secretarial personnel training mode as well as the reform of education and teaching for secretary major must be promoted actively in order to adapt to the needs of regional economic and social development for senior secretarial talents.
