摘　　要：目的:通过对某医院感染发生率、医院感染部位分布、菌种分布及各科室感染分布情况进行分析,促进医院感染监测系统的进一步完善,为降低医院感染的发生率提供依据。方法:回顾性分析某医院2013年至2015年医院感染病例,计算不同年份、不同感染部位、不同菌种及不同科室的医院感染发生率。结果:该院2013年至2015年的医院感染率依次为2.37%、2.18%、1.83%,差异有统计学意义,总体呈下降趋势。内科中血液科感染率最高(7.92%),外科中脑外科感染率最高(9.73%);感染部位中呼吸系统的感染比例最高,占到该院感染的52.24%;感染菌种中,肺炎克雷伯菌所占比例最高(12.78%)。结论:通过医院感染监测系统加强对感染率较高科室的监管,并及时采取措施,可降低医院感染发生率。Objective： To analyze the incidence of nosocomial infection, location of infection and the species distribution in different departments, to further improve the hospital infection monitoring system, and to provide the basis for reducing hospital infection. Methods： The hospital infection cases during 2013 to 2015 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. The nosocomial infection rates of different years, infection sites, strains and departments were calculated. Results： The nosocomial infection rate was 2.37% ,2.18% and 1.83% in the year of 2013,2014 and 2015 respectively. The difference of hospital infection rates was statistically significant and showed an overall downward trend. Among them, the infection rate in the Hematology department was the highest and reached 7.92%. Of the surgery,the infection rate was the highest in the Neurosurgery department and reached 9.73%. The respiratory system infection proportion accounted for 52. 24% of the hospital infection, of which the Klebsiella pneumonia was the with high infection highest（ 12.78% ）. Conclusion： The hospital should strengthen the supervision of the department incidence through hospital infection monitoring system and take effective measures to reduce it.
