摘　　要：制动器是制动系统中最重要的组成部分之一,它是产生制动力矩的部件,建立某汽车鼓式制动器三维实体模型,基于ANSYS对制动器进行考虑摩擦因素的接触分析,分析紧急制动工况下鼓式制动器的接触应力和变形,并进行结构参数优化。Brake is one of the most important parts in the braking system,it is the brake torque components,a drum brake of the brake ANSYS 3D model and analysis of contact friction factors based on the analysis of deformation and contact the drum brake under emergency braking stress and structural parameter optimization.
