摘　　要：阐释建设工程工期及工期管理意义,从工程造价管理部门角度分析工期与工程造价之关系,说明工期定额编制的基本方法及执行意义,以引起建设各方主体、计价人员的关注与重视。Construction project duration and duration management significance are described. The relationship between project dura- tion and project cost is analyzed from the perspective of engineering cost management department. Basic method and implementation significance of duration quota preparation are described, thereby achieving attention and emphasis from all construction main bodies and valuation personnel.
