摘　　要：针对涡扇发动机内涵喷管的结构特点和工艺难点,制定了合理的工艺技术方案和措施,采用模拟仿真优化成形方法,设计制造成形工装、焊接定位工装、电火花工装等专用工艺装备,解决了内涵喷管制造的关键技术,完成了产品的试制。In this paper a reasonable technological programme and measures were established aiming at the structural characteristics and technical difficulties of inner-tailpipe nozzle of turbo fan engine. Forming process was optimized with numerical simulation software. Forming die, welding and electrical discharge machine special toolings were designed. Key technologies of inner-tailpipe nozzle were solved, and qualified products were produced.
