摘  要:介绍了钛合金气瓶的结构特点及性能指标,分析了TC4钛合金的可焊性以及可能出现的焊接缺陷,对钛合金球形气瓶焊前准备、焊接方法、焊后检测、补焊和焊后试验等各阶段进行质量控制。试验和生产表明,所采用的技术途径和措施完全适合于钛合金气瓶的焊接。This paper described the structural features and performance of titanium alloy. The bonding property of TC4 titanium alloy was analyzed as well as the possibility of welding defects. The quality control of the preparation, welding methods, post welding inspection, repair welding and post welding tests were carried out for the titanium alloy spherical gas cylinders. Testing and production show that the technical way and the measures were entirely practicable for the welding of titanium alloy cylinder.
