射干麻黄汤致恶心呕吐不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的;调查射干麻黄汤治疗感染后咳嗽过程中出现的不良反应,探讨其不良反应发生的原因,以减少临床不良反应发生率。方法;抽取2014年1月到2014年10月门诊患者口服射干麻黄汤的病历,对其中出现不良反应的病历进行回顾性分析,探讨其不良反应发生原因。结果;156例口服射干麻黄汤的门诊病历中,出现不良反应的病历共计9例,占5.8%,均为严重呕吐的反应,经减量或停药后自行好转。结论;射干麻黄汤存在严重呕吐不良反应,临床使用过程中应注意掌握药物用量并加强观察,做好用药医嘱交待。Objective：Investigating the adverse reactions of She Gan Ma Huang Tang in the process of curing the post-infectiouscough, Exploring the causes of the adverse reactions, in order to reduce clinical incidence of adverse reactions. Methods：Extracting the outpatient cases of She Gan Ma Huang Tang orally, from January 2014 to October 2014, the retrospective analysis of the cases of adverse reactions, discuss the adverse reactions occurrence reason. Results： 156 outpatient cases of oral She Gan Ma Huang Tang, a total of 9 cases of adverse reactions（5.8%）were severe vomiting response, by reducing the dosage or stopping the drug ,then they were self-improvement. Conclusion：She Gan Ma Huang Tang exist severe vomiting adverse reactions, clinical use process should pay attention to grasp the drug dosage and strengthen observation, completes the medicine the doctor＇s advice.
