摘  要:目的了解头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间营养状况与生活质量现状,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法选取56例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者,采用一般资料调查问卷、患者主观整体评估法、癌症患者生活质量核心问卷进行调查。结果头颈部肿瘤放疗患者的营养状况处于较低水平,放疗结束时其生活质量下降明显。头颈部肿瘤放疗患者营养状况与生活质量存在显著正相关;营养状况可以作为预测患者生活质量的主要因素。结论头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间营养状较差,护理人员应采取相应的措施改善患者的营养状况,以提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the present nutrition status and quality of llfe in patients with head or neck cancer during radiotherapy and exploring the correlation of nutrition status and quality of life. Methods A total of 56 patients with head or neck cancer receiving radiotherapy were investigated by general information questionnaire, patient - generated subjective global assessment ( PG - SGA ) and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Core Questionnaire ( QLQ - C30). Results The nutrition status of patients was at low level, the quality of life of patients was obviously decreased at the end of radiotherapy. The nutrition status was positively correlated with quality of life. The nutrition status could be the main predictor of quality of life in patients with head or neck cancer. Conclusion The nutrition status of patients with head or neck cancers receiving radiotherapy was poor. The nurses should take suitable measures to improve nutrition status of patients, so as to promote the quality of llfe.
