摘 要:采用三相三维电极反应器处理MDEA模拟污水,重点考察了粒子电极形状、加量、堆放方式以及绝缘程度对MDEA污水处理效果的影响。研究结果表明:当填充粒子投加量为600 000 mg·L^(-1)时,COD去除率最高,为52.9%;采用α堆放方式时,因粒子电极沿电场线方向的有效长度更长,粒子电极工作端电压、端电流越大,COD去除率越高。此外,采用粒子电极负载醋酸纤维素的全绝缘方式,可有效避免短路电流的形成,在电催化处理30 min时,其比不绝缘的COD去除率提高了20%。A three-phase,three-dimensional electrode reactor treated simulative wastewater electrolytically. Particular attention was paid to the treatment efficiency of different particle sizes,dosages,stacking modes,and manner of insulation in the system. The results verified that when the filling particle dosage was 600 000 mg·L- 1,the COD removal efficiency reached 52. 9%. When using the α stacking mode,namely,a longer effective length of the particle electrode along the electric field line direction,higher particle-side current,terminal voltage,and COD removal rate were obtained. Moreover,when a cellulose acetate particle electrode in a loading fully insulated manner,which can effectively prevent the formation of a short-circuit current,and an electrocatalytic process of 30 min were used,the COD removal rate of particles was 20% higher than it was when no insulation coated with phenolic resin on carbon surface.
