摘 要:针对厨余垃圾含水率较高的特点,选取白菜叶作为原料,考察了水热温度、KOH用量、NH_4OH用量和停留时间对水热转化效果的影响,优化了NH_4OH-KOH水热体系制备含腐殖酸液体的工艺条件。研究结果表明,在其他条件一定的情况下,水热温度195℃、KOH用量25%、NH_4OH用量20%、停留时间4 h为最优工艺条件。对该条件下制备的液体产物进行了红外光谱分析。结果表明,水热处理液体产物含有大量的羟基、羧基、醛基以及芳香族等结构,和市售含腐殖酸水溶肥料具有相似的官能团结构,表明该液体具有开发成含腐殖酸水溶肥的潜在可能。Because of the characteristic high moisture content of kitchen waste,cabbage leaf was selected as a raw material to observe the influence of the water temperature,KOH dosage,NH_4OH dosage,and residence time on the hydrothermal process. The process conditions for the preparation of liquid humic acid via the NH_4OHKOH hydrothermal system were optimized. The results show that,holding the other conditions constant,the optimal process conditions are as follows: hydrothermal treatment temperature of 195 ℃,KOH dosage of 25%,NH_4OH dosage of 20%,and residence time of 4 h. Infrared spectroscopy was conducted to characterize the liquid products prepared under these conditions. The results show that the liquid products of the hydrothermal treatment contained large amounts of compounds with hydroxyl,carboxyl,aldehyde,and aromatic groups,similar to the functional groups present in the water-soluble humic acid fertilizer available on the market. The liquid product has the potential to be developed into a water-soluble humic acid fertilizer.
