摘 要:目的了解成都市致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为合理用药提供科学依据。方法浸渍法。结果成都市致倦库蚊对氯菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯产生了抗性,抗性系数分别为9.5和2.5;对DDVP抗性系数为1.1,属于敏感种群。结论蚊虫抗性的产生是其长期接触杀虫剂的必然结果,抗性的发展程度与杀虫剂的使用频率密切相关,停用杀虫剂后,蚊虫敏感性会逐渐恢复。Objective To investigate current situation of Culex quinquefasciatus resistance to common insecticides and to provide scientific information for using insecticides rationally in Chengdu. Methods Immersion method was adopted. Results Culex quinquefasciatus is resistant to permethrin and beta - cypermethrin, and the resist- ance coefficients were 9.5 and 2.5, respectively ; the resistance coefficient to DDVP was 1.1, indicating Culex quinquefasciatus was sensitive to DDVP. Conclusion Mosquito resistance is an evitable result of the long - term exposure to insecticides, development of resistance level is closely related to insecticide use frequency; following stop of insecticide use, mosquito sensitivity will be gradually restored.
