摘  要:本文对比了匀速(V1)、先匀加速后匀减速(V2)、三角函数(V3)、先匀加速再匀速后匀减速(V4)等四种不同焊炬移动方式下的熔池内部传热传质和元素分布的规律,结果表明:V1方式下的熔池的形状比较规则,而其他三种情况的熔池形状不规则。焊炬移动方式对不同元素在熔池内的分布的影响不同,以Mn元素为例,V1方式的熔池元素含量的最大偏差为1.79%;V2的元素含量在熔池和母材交界处会有一些波动,熔池内Mn元素含量差异最大为5.61%;V3方式下,元素含量波动较为剧烈,Mn元素含量差异最大达到13.23%;V4方式下,熔池内元素分布呈单峰或单谷,在熔池内部元素含量并不均匀。焊炬移动方式对熔池与母材中元素含量的差异也有较大影响,对比四种不同移动方式下的C元素分布发现:V1方式下,整个熔池区域的C元素含量比母材中C元素含量高8.43%,而V2、V3、V4方式下,则分别比母材中C含量高16.40%、12.25%和25.00%。由此可见,V1方式下,熔池内元素含量与母材元素含量相差最小,元素分布更为均匀,焊接性能更加良好。In this paper,mass transfer and element distribution in weld pool of four types of torch moving were studied,including uniform motion(V1),first uniform acceleration then uniform deceleration(V2),trigonometric function(V3) and first acceleration then uniform motion finally deceleration(V4).The results showed that the shape weld pool of V1 was regular,while others were irregular.The influence of welding torch on the distribution of different elements in the molten pool was different.Taking the element Mn as an example,the maximum deviation in V1 mode in the weld pool is 1.79%;the element content in V2 mode has some fluctuation at the junction of weld pool and base metal and the difference of Mn in weld pool is 5.61%;in V3 mode,the content of elements in weld pool fluctuated more violently,and the difference of Mn element content reached 13.23%;in V4 mode,the curve of elemental distribution was a peak or valley,which was not uniform.Also,the torch moving will influence the element content difference between weld pool and base metal.The comparison result of element C showed that the content of C in weld pool in V1 mode is 8.43%higher than that in base metal,while in V2,V3 and V4 mode,the difference were 16.40%,12.25%and 25.00%,respectively.Thus,in V1 mode,the element distribution in weld pool was uniform and element content difference between weld pool and base metal was small,which represented good welding property.
