摘  要:靶温对小型D-D中子发生器的使用寿命有重要影响,在假设束斑功率密度分布为高斯分布的前提下,使用ANSYS14.0软件对设计的小型D-D中子发生器的自成靶进行了热流固耦合分析。模拟了冷却水流量及冷却水层厚度对靶温的影响,同时模拟了两种不同结构的自成靶在束流轰击及冷却水共同作用下的应力及形变。模拟结果表明,两种结构的自成靶在使用中最高温度、最大应力与形变均满足设计要求。Background: The temperature of deuterium-target has great influence on the neutron yield and lifetime of compact D-D neutron generator. Purpose: The aim is to develop a novel drive-in target with effective cooling system for the compact D-D neutron generator. Methods: Two preliminary designs of drive-in targets were put forward and the heat-flow-solid coupled analyses of the targets were performed by ANSYS14.0 software while the beam power was assumed to be deposited on the surface of the target. Results: The influence of flow rate and thickness of the cooling water on the temperature of the targets were simulated. The stress and deformation of two kinds of targets with different shapes were simulated, which were induced by the beam bombard and cooling water impact. Conclusion: The results showed that both targets meet the requirements.
